This is a red fox transitioning from a dark morph to a lighter morph seen near paradise in Mt. Rainier National Park
This is a red fox seen in Mt. Rainier National Park in August of 2011. It was quite light compared to the red fox seen a little further down the road less than a mile away which was still in a dark morph transition.
